Jerry Lynch started JFL Total Wealth Management Inc. in 1997 following a successful career with Aetna as Vice President of Marketing responsible for their largest market. Jerry chose to pursue his true passion: helping individuals and business owners achieve their financial goals. He has over 24 years of experience in insurance and financial services and has spent the past 14 years as an independent advisor.

Pam Karkenny brings 20 years of experience in financial services, healthcare, and insurance to JFL Total Wealth Management, working with some of the top executives in the industry. She has previously held positions at the regional and corporate levels of Aetna Inc. and US Healthcare, in the areas of Management and Sales Administration for nearly 17 years.
Having known Jerry for about 24 years and working for JFL Total Wealth Management for over 5 years, she has helped the business grow and maintained the strategic operations of the firm. From Account Management to Client Relations, Pam has shown great promise in developing JFL Total Wealth Management and infiltrating it further into the wealth management sphere.
Pam possesses the qualities of a leader, by being both diligent and dedicated to her craft. She studied Business/Accountancy at Albany Business College and her financial credentials are as follows:

Marketing Director, Marketing and Operations
Desiree' Kinney comes from a diversified and distinguished background concentrated in both Marketing and Finance, starting her career at the likes of Merrill Lynch and TD Ameritrade. With 5 years of reputable Business experience and after obtaining her Series licenses in 2008, she discovered her passion for Financial Marketing and yearned to develop tactical and strategic marketing strategies within the financial sector.
She now manages the Marketing, Operations, and Business Development efforts at JFL Total Wealth Management and has taken the lead on long term growth initiatives. With a wealth of experience ranging from Marketing Communications and Direct Marketing, to Project Management and Marketing Analytics, Desiree' knows how to manage a full marketing life cycle and to produce a substantial return on investment. Already reaching high results since being brought on board, she is eager to play an instrumental role in the firm's expansion over the next few years.
Desiree' is an innovative thinker and natural marketer, which is evidenced by her business acumen. She received her Business Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University in 2008, has completed Marketing continued education classes at New York University, and was accepted into a few top graduate school programs.
