JFL Realty Corp is a fee only real estate advisory firm that assists individuals in investing into investment properties. This company was established on the request of our clients to assist them in understanding the fundamentals in real estate investing, help them understand the financials, assist in making offers on properties, and to set up a management system for running the property. We do not sell properties but rather assist you in the process to make better long term decisions.

For the past 20+ years, Jerry Lynch has been a real estate investor. He currently owns (through LLC’s that he runs) commercial, industrial, residential and waterfront properties in 3 states. JFL Realty manages all these properties and the programs that we have in place for our properties are available to our clients as well.

This consulting program is only available to clients of JFL Consulting and JFL Innovative Investments. The reason is simple. Real estate is part of a total financial picture. It has its advantages and disadvantages and unless we understand your entire financial picture, especially with liquidity, we can not make recommendations that we feel would be appropriate for you.
